Room Design
The look and feel of the updated Main Lodge at Boyne Highlands Resort will maintain the traditional craftsmanship of the English Tudor Style. Exposed wood framework, pitched gable roofs, wood paneled walls, and bay windows are reminiscent of the worldly, timeless character that will continue to be featured throughout the property.
The designs will thoughtfully include rich earthy tones found in the landscape, a variety of cozy and nature inspired textures and patterns, and an array of traditional woods and metals. All of these elements once rooted in the interior design style that was prominent when the resort opened in 1963. Rich in history, locally inspired, Boyne Highlands Resort has been a family tradition for more than 50 years and will continue to be a part of Michigan’s heritage for years to come.
